This dessert features a medley of frozen berries—typically raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries—served in individual bowls. Right before serving, they’re topped with a hot white chocolate sauce made with just two ingredients: white chocolate and heavy cream. It’s a 5-minute dessert with gourmet appeal.
2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
6 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
½ cup heavy cream
Optional garnish: fresh mint, lemon zest, crushed pistachios
Divide the frozen mixed berries into 4 small serving bowls or cocktail glasses. Let them sit for a few minutes while you make the sauce.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium-low heat until it just begins to simmer—do not boil.
Remove the cream from heat and immediately add the chopped white chocolate. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Pour the hot white chocolate sauce over the berries. Garnish with fresh mint or a pinch of lemon zest, if desired. Serve immediately while the chocolate is warm and the berries are still frosty.
