Instructions

For the Cookies:

  • Preheat the oven – Set to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter and sugars – In a separate bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla – Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
