Ingredients

  • Fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped.
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed.

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Mangoes

  • Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes, discarding the pit. Place the diced mango in a large mixing bowl.

  • Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño (if using). Add them to the bowl with the mango.
